Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Chandigarh. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any inquiries or issues. Daily tasks include managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs, providing updates and reports, and identifying opportunities for account growth and improvement.
