CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM)

Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) at the company located in Mumbai, you will have a significant role in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships. Utilizing your 3-5 years of experience in the IT sector, you will focus on ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the company's business expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients" business requirements and customize services to meet their specific needs. - Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure effective service delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, and promptly addressing inquiries and requests in a professional manner. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational abilities and proficiency in project management. - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and resolve complex issues. - Experience in contract management, negotiation, and billing/invoicing will be beneficial. Additional Company Details: Experience in the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
