CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM)

As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) at our company, located in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. With 3-5 years of experience in the IT sector, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the expansion of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of clients" business needs, tailoring our services to meet those needs, and collaborating closely with the Sales and Delivery teams for effective service delivery. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in project management. Your analytical and problem-solving capabilities will be essential in identifying and resolving complex issues. Experience in contract management, negotiation, and billing/invoicing will be valuable. Furthermore, you will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies will be advantageous.
