Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Client Relationship Manager, based on-site in Hyderabad. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and driving continuous improvement. The role involves understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solution-oriented strategies and services. The individual will also provide regular updates and reports to both clients and management.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management and Client-Focused Service
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
• Proven Ability to Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams and Use Feedback to Enhance Services
• Experience with CRM Software is a Plus
• MBA in Finance, or a Related Field is Preferred
• Demonstrated Aptitude for Networking and Building Professional Relationships
• 1 to 3 years experience in financial services or Advisory background is preferred
