Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager, based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact. Daily tasks include resolving client issues, conducting regular check-ins, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools
• Experience in managing client relationships in a professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the technology or innovation sector is a plus
