Job description Enthusiastic client relationship executive adept at developing and executing implementation plans and creating solid relationships with clients. Responsibilities Proactively engage with NRI clients to understand and address their investment, insurance, and tax compliance needs in a timely manner. Coordinate with the head office to facilitate seamless exchange of documents pertaining to services for NRI clients. Maintain accurate records of follow-up communications with both existing NRI clients and potential NRI clients. Collaborate closely with management and reporting officers to ensure alignment with NRI-focused business tasks. Travel to outstation locations as necessary for client meetings and to the head office for NRI-related coordination. Provide support for management activities and actively contribute to the development and execution of NRI-specific business strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or above in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields with at least 1-year working experience in corporate environment is preferred. Prepare a will using precise, legally valid language duly incorporating all statutory requirements to ensure enforceability. Ensure adherence to relevant laws, including succession laws, inheritance tax regulations, and family business governance & Stay updated on changes in estate and tax laws to provide timely guidance. Conduct yearly review of the will to incorporate changes in family circumstances, assets, or legal regulations and update the will accordingly after taking due confirmation. Income Tax return verification & filing, preparing and finalizing audit reports in compliance with statutory requirements duly ensuring their accuracy and authenticity. Drafting of POA, all type of related deeds and various legal documents.
