Job Description

About the Role:

Soffit is looking for enthusiastic and customer-driven professionals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives. The role involves managing outbound calls, customer engagement, and ensuring excellent client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to customers for engagement and follow-ups.
Promote and explain company products/services effectively.
Maintain customer database and ensure accurate call records.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline.
1 2 years call centre experience (Outbound calling is mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in English (local language knowledge is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
