Job Description: Client Relationship Executive (Kids Casting) Company: Little Star Casting   Location: Malad, Mumbai   Position: Full-time, Work from Office Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Call prospective clients from provided data to introduce Little Star Casting's services. - Meeting Coordination: Arrange and schedule meetings with parents to discuss casting opportunities for their children. - Sales Generation: Actively work towards converting leads into clients, meeting sales targets, and expanding our client base. - Relationship Building: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. - Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve services and address any concerns promptly. - Reporting:Keep detailed records of client interactions, meetings, and sales activities. Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. - Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets. - Prior experience in client relationship management or sales is a plus. - Basic computer skills for maintaining records and scheduling meetings.
