Primary roles and responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive located in Ghaziabad.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support onboarding of new clients and services.
• Oversee records and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Coordinate documentation and compliance activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
