Given this incredibly important role, we are looking for someone who will take complete ownership of: Managing pre-sales conversations over email/whatsapp/call/in-person with clients and helping with order placements Managing post-sale conversations over email/whatsapp/call/in-person with clients to resolve any issues that they may have with their order Coordinating with operations team for client specific requests Attending to clients walking into our store and assisting in sales Timings: Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays working Time: 9AM-6PM or 10AM-7PM (as per your convenience) Candidates having a background in fashion are encouraged to apply.
