WALK IN- 31 MAY 2025 - SATURDAY 10 AM - 5PM (FEMALE ONLY) 229, Udyog kendra I, Ecotech III, Greater Noida, Khera Choganpur, Uttar Pradesh 201306 Job Title: Client Relations & Order Fulfillment Executive Department: Customer Service / Operations Location: Greater Noida Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Relations & Order Fulfillment Executive to manage end-to-end communication with clients and ensure smooth coordination of orders from receipt to dispatch. This role involves maintaining the Production Master Order Sheet, updating order status, and ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the process. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Relations: Communicate proactively with clients to provide timely updates on order status. Address client queries and concerns with professionalism and clarity. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular and transparent communication. Order Fulfillment Coordination: Enter and update orders in the Production Master Order Sheet accurately. Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, logistics) to track order progress. Follow up on pending actions to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Operational Support: Ensure accurate documentation of all orders and customer communications. Assist in tracking dispatch schedules and updating clients accordingly. Generate reports on order status, dispatch timelines, and customer feedback. Qualifications & Skills: Any Bachelor’s degree. 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client coordination, or order management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools Experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or supply chain environment. Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics processes.
