The ideal candidate will be proficient in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, capable of generating insightful reports and dashboards to support the sales team in achieving targets and improving overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update real-time sales data using Google Sheets and Excel. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales performance, target vs achievement, and productivity metrics. Analyze sales trends and develop dashboards for quick business insights and decision-making. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate updates of sales data and lead statuses. Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, macros, and Google Sheets scripts as needed. Generate detailed performance reports by region, product, and customer segments. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, billing, collections, and order fulfillment.
