Client Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver impactful online product demos through Google Meet, Zoom, and other virtual platforms — customizing presentations based on client needs and industry use cases.
• Handle inbound leads efficiently, qualify prospects through structured conversations, and drive them toward conversion with timely follow-ups.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new customers, ensuring they adopt and use the product successfully.
• Keep all sales interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline updates accurately documented in the CRM.
• Share customer insights and recurring feedback with product and marketing teams to support improvements and feature enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales / business development / customer success (internship experience is acceptable).
• Excellent communication skills — both spoken and written — with the ability to conduct persuasive product walkthroughs.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative selling approach.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and a history of achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in English or additional regional languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
