The Role

We need a hustler who embodies the spirit of a business hunter. You'll bridge ambitious small brands with our transformative 10x growth vision. You're not selling a service – you're inviting brands to join a revolution.

What You'll Own

  • Research & Discovery: Conduct market research, identify high-potential brands, build prospect databases, and map competitive landscapes
  • Relationship Building: Engage brand owners/founders, articulate our co-building philosophy, build trust-based relationships, and convert prospects into partners
  • Multi-Channel Prospecting: Master digital outreach (social media, email, LinkedIn), offline networking (events, trade shows), cold calling, and referral networks
  • Business Development: Structure partnership deals, negotiate terms, manage sales pipeline, and collaborate with Digital Brand Manager for partner success

The Hustler We Need

  • Mindset: Pure hustler mentality with relentless drive, resilience to bounce back from rejections, and obsession with exceeding targets
  • Skills: Research mastery, business acumen (P&L, growth metrics), excellent communication/negotiation, CRM proficiency, and presentation skills
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced startup environment, curious investigator mindset, and comfortable across diverse industries
  • Geographic Flexibility: Travel extensively within Bengal and occasionally outside, with understanding of regional business cultures

Experience Preferred

  • 2-4 years in business development/sales with track record of meeting targets
  • SME/startup client experience and industry networking capabilities
  • Understanding of consumer business would be great
