Client Engagement Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing clients via chat, email, and calls to assess current satisfaction and explore new service opportunities.
• Gather and understand client requirements to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on submitted proposals to maximize conversion rates and close deals.
• Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client’s existing workflow.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments and follow up on pending invoices.
• Collaborate with the front-end and delivery teams to ensure consistent, seamless client engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, sales activity, and feedback.
• Assist the sales team in identifying revenue-generating opportunities and lead nurturing.
• Learn internal tools, systems, and business processes to better align client expectations with service delivery.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (pursuing or completed).
• Internship or project experience in client servicing, sales support, or account management is an added advantage.
