Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with existing clients via email, chat, and phone to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare customized proposals and follow up to convert leads into opportunities
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client accounts
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to track payments and follow up on pending invoices
  • Work closely with delivery and front-end teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain organized records of client communication, proposals, and feedback
  • Support the sales team in identifying and nurturing potential leads
  • Learn internal tools, systems, and workflows to align service delivery with client expectations

What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Internship or academic project experience in client services, sales, or account management is a plus
