As a Client Engagement Specialist at Aries Clinic, your role is crucial in converting leads into loyal customers. Your communication skills will be key in creating a positive impression as the first point of contact for individuals. Key Responsibilities: - Contact incoming leads and convert them into confirmed appointments. - Follow up with potential clients to secure appointments. - Confirm and remind clients about upcoming appointments. - Coordinate appointment rescheduling between doctors and clients. - Maintain the CRM system with updated lead status and notes. - Build relationships with recurring clients to enhance customer retention. - Inform existing customers about special offers, packages, or new treatments. Qualifications: - Excellent phone etiquette and effective communication skills. - Familiarity with or willingness to learn about aesthetic and dental services. - Ability to handle objections and successfully close appointments. - Efficient multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
