Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions or sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and facility managers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the technical and operations team for product demonstrations and installations. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry standards. Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, construction materials or building products. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
