Client Engagement & Delivery

will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

AI data collection or annotation workflows

This is a non-tech role.

Work Timing Flexibility (Important)

• Many of our clients are

  US-based

  , and certain reviews or discussions may occasionally require

overlap with US time zones.

• The role requires

  flexibility for late evening or night coordination when necessary

  (not daily).
• If a candidate is working in a

  US-aligned shift

  , we do

  not require them to be in the office

during those hours.

• Total working hours remain standard (8–10 hours/day).
• Flexibility is only expected

  to manage key client touchpoints

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Provide structured updates, manage expectations, and handle escalations
• Conduct review calls and clarify guidelines as needed

Project Delivery & Execution

• Own delivery timelines, project quality, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal data collection, annotation, QC, and delivery teams
• Track daily throughput and identify risks early
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and structured documentation

Operational & Process Management

• Review guidelines and ensure correct internal implementation
• Perform preliminary QC checks to ensure compliance
• Validate formatting, metadata, and file-structure requirements
• Suggest improvements for faster and more accurate execution

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Share clear instructions and drive productivity
• Ensure adherence to quality and timeline expectations

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience

  in client handling + project coordination/delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of multi-stakeholder projects
• Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

• Experience in AI data collection or annotation projects is a strong plus
