Client Director

As a member of the HV Services team at Hitachi Vantara, you will play a crucial role in serving as the primary liaison between Hitachi Vantara and client stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the strategic execution of the ITSA and HWaaS contract, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and leading governance forums such as the Capacity Management Working Group and quarterly business reviews. You will also be responsible for delivering financial commitments, supporting deployment planning across global territories, and championing innovation aligned with our clients' IT strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison between Hitachi Vantara and client stakeholders - Oversee strategic execution of the ITSA and HWaaS contract - Ensure compliance with contractual obligations - Lead governance forums including the Capacity Management Working Group and quarterly business reviews - Deliver financial commitments including Total Minimum Commitment and rebate mechanisms - Support deployment planning across global territories - Facilitate escalation resolution - Champion innovation and continuous improvement aligned with clients' IT strategy Qualifications: - 15+ years of enterprise account leadership experience in IT services or infrastructure - Proven track record managing enterprise multiyear contracts and global delivery programs - Strong understanding of consumption-based infrastructure models and enterprise SLAs - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent; MBA preferred Hitachi Vantara is a global team of innovators dedicated to co-creating meaningful solutions to complex challenges.
