Client Data Manager I

Role Overview: As a Client Data Manager I within the Operations team, your role involves reviewing and enhancing data collection and verification processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of KYC records before they reach the client-facing team. Your advanced organizational skills will play a crucial role in managing multiple tasks and activities, while leveraging digital platforms to enhance processes and client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day management of a team by coaching and providing continuous performance feedback. - Track individual team members' performance to evaluate learning and capability. - Address service issues escalated by internal or external customers effectively. - Act independently and make decisions based on data, insight, and experience. - Create an effective team through communication, feedback, and supervisory practices. - Organize workflow and distribute work efficiently. - Support all aspects of client onboarding, including AML and KYC requirements. Qualification Required: - Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, coach, and motivate teams. - Flexibility and adaptability to manage interim projects based on business requirements. - Knowledge of banking products. - Proven leadership in process and organizational change. - Ability to identify, analyze, plan, prioritize, and solve problems effectively. - Strong communication and presentation skills. Additional Details: Previous experience in AML, Compliance, Fraud, KYC, or Operational Risk is an advantage. Competency in mainframe and PC based systems, with a strong proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience as a people manager of high-performing teams is preferred.
