✨ Role Overview: Wedpainter Studios is hiring a proactive and people-friendly Client Coordinator to be the primary touchpoint between our clients and internal teams. From pre-wedding planning to final delivery, you will ensure a smooth, engaging, and joyful journey for every client. You’ll manage communications, track project progress, assist in bookings, and help deliver the high-touch service we are known for in the luxury wedding space. If you have experience in customer service, coordination, or client-facing roles, this is your opportunity to grow with a passionate creative team. 📌 Key Responsibilities: 🤝 Client Communication & Relationship Management Be the first point of contact for booked clients Respond to queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email with professionalism Share shoot checklists, welcome notes, and preparation guides 📅 Shoot Planning & Team Coordination Fix pre-wedding and wedding shoot dates based on team availability Share outfit ideas, references, and shoot scripts when needed Coordinate with creative and production teams for logistics and schedules 📬 Client Support & Issue Handling Handle inquiries and provide service-related guidance Address complaints, feedback, and escalate to concerned teams if required Maintain a calm, helpful tone while solving issues 📁 CRM & Data Management Use Google Sheets & CRM tools to track project progress Update client details, shoot dates, and delivery status regularly Coordinate with the post-production team to ensure deadlines are met 📲 WhatsApp & Structured Updates Send project updates at each stage (editing status, delivery ETA, etc.) Maintain professionalism in all chats and follow-up messages 📝 Booking & Payment Follow-up Assist with booking confirmations and client onboarding Track pending payments and ensure clients are updated politely
