Role Overview: As a Client Coordinator at our company located in Borivali, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients in both English and Hindi. Your role will involve coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt addressing of client requirements. You will also be responsible for documenting and communicating project updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups, as well as preparing client-related reports, presentations, and correspondence. Your proactive engagement and issue resolution skills will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and ensuring compliance with company standards will be part of your responsibilities. Your experience in arranging stalls/booths and making travel plans for management will be valuable, along with consistently submitting documents and carrying out tasks within timelines.
