Job Overview:

Union Road Ways, a reputed logistics company based in Patparganj, Delhi, is looking for dynamic and organized Client Coordinators (Female) to manage client communication, billing coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments.
• Maintain client records and follow up on service requests.
• Handle billing, basic accounting entries, and documentation.
• Prepare reports and maintain data using Excel and MS Office.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely communication and professional correspondence with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of accounts and billing procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
