Client Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end

  digital marketing projects

  , including strategic planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee

  website development projects

  on platforms such as

  Shopify

  and

  WordPress

  , ensuring timely updates and successful project completion.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (development, design, marketing) to communicate client requirements and ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and share regular project updates, reports, and status documentation with clients.
• Handle client escalations professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Coordination or Project Coordination within digital marketing or web development agencies.
• Proven experience managing

  Shopify

  and

  WordPress

  projects.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, website development processes, and project management.
• Prior experience handling

  international clients

  (UK).
• Excellent verbal and written

  communication skills

  .
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of basic SEO, content management, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
