Client Co-ordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking professional to communicate with our international clients over virtual meetings, emails, and chats. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to understand client requirements and coordinate internally with our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and participate in virtual meetings with international clients.
• Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal departments.
• Maintain professionalism and clarity in all written and verbal communications.
• Assist with client follow-ups, documentation, and coordination tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent communication.

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Confident personality and professional presentation.
• Basic computer skills (Google Meet/Zoom, MS Office, Email communication).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility:

• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
