As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of this experience.

Role Summary:

The Client Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering a personalized, premium, and customer-centric experience at the BMW showroom. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of clients, advising them on suitable BMW vehicles and services, and nurturing long-term relationships to drive loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage prospective customers in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Identify customer needs through effective consultative selling techniques.
  • Present and explain BMW products, features, technology, and benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Arrange test drives, manage customer follow-ups, and assist through the entire sales process.
  • Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to offer appropriate packages and close sales.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of BMW’s vehicle lineup, including latest models, specifications, pricing, promotions, and optional features.
  • Ensure CRM data is updated accurately and customer interactions are logged.
  • Deliver a luxury retail experience consistent with BMW’s brand standards.
  • Proactively follow up with existing clients for referrals, repeat business, and service needs.
  • Stay updated with automotive trends, BMW technologies (like iDrive, ConnectedDrive, EVs), and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in automotive retail, luxury sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for premium automobiles and deep understanding of BMW brand values.
  • Confident, polished, and customer-service oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in premium/luxury automotive brands (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus).
  • Understanding of electric vehicles and connected car technologies.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Prior experience in delivering high-touch customer service in luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
