Role & responsibilities

• We are looking for an Account Executive who will manage client relationships, handle end-to-end on-boarding, and ensure smooth delivery of services.
• The role requires strong communication skills, CRM experience, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Handle end-to-end client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into operations.
• Use CRM tools to track client activities, maintain data accuracy, and prepare reports.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Resolve client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support upsell/cross-sell opportunities where applicable.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and share updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management / CRM / Client Success / Sales Support.
• Experience working on CRM software (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho / or similar).
• Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle client escalations professionally and independently.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools.
• Preferred Experience in client on-boarding or customer success. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
