Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive Location: [Your Location presently remote and Bangalore location preferred] Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month Experience: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-Time ⸻ Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Client Acquisition Executive who can handle the complete sales cycle—from identifying potential leads to closing deals. The role demands excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to expand our client base and drive consistent business growth. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Identify and source potential clients through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.) Reach out, pitch services, and present customized solutions as per client needs Conduct meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand client requirements Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service offerings Negotiate terms and close deals independently or in coordination with leadership Maintain strong follow-up and communication with prospects Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates to management Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients ⸻ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development Proven track record of lead generation and deal closures Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a target-driven approach Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools ⸻ Preferred Experience in service-based industries like HR, staffing, IT services, or B2B sales Fluent in English and one regional language ⸻ Benefits Performance-based incentives and bonuses Opportunity to grow into senior sales/BD roles Exposure to end-to-end sales and client lifecycle management Skills: client acquisition,crm tools,sales,presentation,relationship building,negotiation,ms office,communication,lead generation Show more Show less
