Client Account Mgmt Associate Manager

As a Client Account Management Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for helping to balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing resources. Your role involves driving marketing performance through deep functional and technical expertise, accelerating time-to-market, and enhancing operating efficiencies at scale. You will be utilizing Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services to achieve these objectives. Your responsibilities will include implementing client account plans through relationship development, identifying opportunities to provide additional value to clients, and monitoring existing services. As the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, you will lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business objectives into actionable technical solutions. You will establish operational processes, manage timelines, conduct trainings, and ensure alignment through regular status meetings and performance reviews. Additionally, you will lead the design and implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions, oversee integrations with platforms like AEM, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards. In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign delivery, ensure brand compliance, accuracy, and lead optimization efforts based on analytics and engagement metrics. You will provide technical guidance to campaign developers, QA analysts, and reporting teams, define coding standards, promote reusable components and automation, and conduct training sessions to ensure quality and consistency across projects. Furthermore, you will monitor SLAs, track delivery performance, manage incident resolution, and maintain campaign assets and documentation to ensure high availability of campaign systems.
