What will you actually do?

No two days are the same, but here’s a flavour of what you’ll be tackling:

• Strategise campaigns that balance creativity with performance, and oversee their execution to ensure every detail is spot on.
• Dream up clever campaign ideas with the team that delight clients and deliver measurable impact.
• Working as a project manager to ensure stellar campaign delivery across every touchpoint
• Dive into data and analytics to assess campaign performance and recommend optimisations that elevate results.
• Craft presentations so compelling they could sell ice to penguins – for pitches, proposals, and strategy meetings.
• Keep budgets, timelines, and deliverables under control – because nobody likes surprises (unless it’s cake).
• Use your wizardry with Excel, analytics tools, and reporting to provide crystal-clear insights for teams and clients alike.
• Spot emerging trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with our creative, performance, and media teams to bring campaigns to life, without a hitch.

You’ll stand out if:

• You’ve worked with brands that require us to be fast-paced, and part of the always-on world, to growth hack their way with strategic marketing
• You’re fluent in the language of GTM Strategies and Trends, Excel pivot tables, and social media ad platforms.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar agency role.
• Hands on experience with advertising platforms - Meta / Google / LinkedIn
• Experience and proficiency in Digital Marketing including email marketing, SEO, CRO strategies etc.
• Great communication skills – you can simplify the complex and make clients feel like royalty.
• You’re calm, collected, and resourceful – even when the heat is on.
• A sharp mind for marketing and a hunger to push boundaries.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker.
• Have a degree or academic knowledge in marketing and/or communications
