At plan-a, we're obsessed with driving results. That's why we're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Amazon, Google and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce success for our clients. Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads & LinkedIn Ads) Leverage data analytics to optimise campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and maximize ROI Design targeted campaigns specifically geared towards lead generation and e-commerce sales growth Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the ever-evolving paid advertising landscape Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing) to ensure campaign alignment with broader business objectives Use tools, research and analysis to strategies and create effective media strategies as part of large-scale media buying pitches to national and international clients Find opportunities to integrate and explore alternate ad platforms like Taboola, Amazon DSP & beyond Qualifications 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success Demonstrated expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms Understands and has experience in Amazon Seller Platform Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies Experience in developing and executing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Bonus points for Experience in specific industries relevant to our clients (e.g., B2B, e-commerce) Experience with marketing automation tools We're hiring for various job roles and building a team that will drive company growth while the company drives their professional growth.
