Paid Media Executive

At plan-a, we're obsessed with driving results. That's why we're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Amazon, Google and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce success for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
• Leverage data analytics to optimise campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and maximize ROI
• Design targeted campaigns specifically geared towards lead generation and e-commerce sales growth
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the ever-evolving paid advertising landscape
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing) to ensure campaign alignment with broader business objectives
• Use tools, research and analysis to strategies and create effective media strategies as part of large-scale media buying pitches to national and international clients
• Find opportunities to integrate and explore alternate ad platforms like Taboola, Amazon DSP & beyond

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Demonstrated expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms
• Understands and has experience in Amazon Seller Platform
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
• Experience in developing and executing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
