As a Social Media Manager in our company, your role involves managing our company's social media accounts effectively. You will research and plan content strategy for social media campaigns by considering the latest trends. Your responsibility will be to develop and publish engaging posts that captivate audiences and promote our brand. Collaboration with the design team is essential to ensure timely creation of images and videos. You will schedule social media posts using online schedulers to maintain a consistent online presence. Building a community by engaging the audience through meaningful conversations and responding to their comments is crucial. Connecting with industry influencers for brand promotions and monitoring brand mentions are key tasks. Promoting user-generated content to establish a personal connection with the audience and analyzing social media analytics to measure campaign performance are also part of your responsibilities. It is expected that you stay updated about the latest features and offerings of social media platforms to enhance our online presence. Qualifications required: - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their features - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze social media analytics and derive insights - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing The company offers a full-time job type with a day shift and fixed schedule.
