Client Servicing Executive

Responsibilities

• Client Communication:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing their questions, and proactively offering support.

• Project Coordination:

  Facilitate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns. This includes writing clear and concise creative briefs for internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards.

• Relationship Management:

  Foster positive and lasting relationships with client stakeholders by understanding their business objectives and consistently delivering excellent service.

• Campaign Support:

  Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, content, and social media.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Support the team in tracking campaign performance, compiling data, and assisting with the creation of reports that showcase results and key insights.

• Internal Collaboration:

  Work closely with our creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure seamless project execution and a unified approach.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  1-3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

• Industry Knowledge:

  A solid understanding of marketing principles and industry best practices, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

• Skills:

  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• Project Management:

  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

• Passion:

  A genuine passion for marketing and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

• Education:

  A bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.

Brownie Points

• Experience working with clients in the FMCG/D2C, Education, or Healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with project management tools and platforms.
