Client Account Manager

As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will oversee the entire client lifecycle, including onboarding, account management, and renewal. Your responsibilities will include understanding clients" business needs and goals, developing customized solutions to meet those needs, and acting as a subject matter expert on our products and services. You will identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth, collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and monitor client accounts to address any issues promptly. Regular meetings with clients will be conducted to review performance, address concerns, and identify improvement opportunities. You will also play a role in the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support as needed. Maintaining professional, timely, and effective communication with clients is essential, as well as developing and nurturing strong client relationships through proactive account management. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 6 months to 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2C environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience with CRM systems are required. Knowledge of our products and services would be advantageous. Your participation in sales and marketing activities to promote our offerings to potential clients will also be expected.,
