Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Account Manager located in Kochi. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. They will also be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

· A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role at Digital Marketing Agency. Preferring experience working with B2B clients, international clients, financial service providers etc.  

· Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

· Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
