Client Account Management Executive Experience: 1-3 years Industry: Advertising Services Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Account Management Executive to build strong client relationships and ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Address client inquiries and ensure timely communication. 🔹 Campaign Planning & Execution Work with creative, strategy, and media teams to align campaigns with client goals. Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and campaign briefs. Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. 🔹 Account Growth & Upselling Identify opportunities for additional services to enhance client success. Support in preparing pitches and presentations for business expansion. 🔹 Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of client interactions and campaign progress. Prepare performance reports with insights for continuous improvement. 🔹 Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with the Client Account Manager to drive account strategies. Support cross-functional teams for seamless client servicing. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ✅ 1-2 years of experience in account management (advertising agency preferred). ✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ✅ Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. ✅ Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
