Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure posts align with campaign strategies and brand guidelines. Stay updated on platform best practices and apply them in daily posting routines. Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns. Adjust strategies based on key performance metrics and audience behavior. Requirements: 0-1 years of experience managing social media operations, preferably in a creative or digital agency. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features. Organizational and multitasking skills are expected. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
