Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand client business goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
  • Regularly meet with clients to review account performance, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Serve as the escalation point for resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction.

2. Sales & Account Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the account portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions that align with client needs.
  • Monitor market trends to proactively suggest innovations and improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and adherence to company policies.

3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of resources to meet client needs.
  • Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for client-specific roles, ensuring quality and alignment with expectations.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hires, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build talent pipelines and address skill gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and labor laws during recruitment processes.

4. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide account team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and recruitment, to achieve shared objectives.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations and industry events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, recruitment, or a related area.
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent communication & presentation skills.
