Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clerk to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving guests and handling customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
