Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clerk to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including receiving guests and handling customer inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle cash, credit, or check transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations professionally.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications is needed for managing guest data and transactions.
