Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clerk to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including receiving guests and handling customer inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations and make sound decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
