If you are not strong in automation, enrichment, cold email, and GTM operations, this role will break you.

The Role: What You Actually Do

build and run Infobrandz’s outbound engine end-to-end

This is not a strategy-only role.

This is not a copy-only role.

This is not a tool-setup-only role.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Identify and refine ICPs for different Infobrandz services
  • Build signal-based prospect lists using

    Clay

    (non-negotiable)
  • Create and maintain enrichment workflows using

    Clay + Apollo + Clearbit-type enrichers

  • Build outreach automations using Instantly or Smartlead

  • Build custom automation pipelines in n8n or Make.com

    (non-negotiable)
  • Scrape, clean, verify data, and load it into sequences
  • Write strong cold email sequences tied to real buying signals
  • Test angles, offers, subject lines, structures, and automation logic
  • Create micro-offers such as audits, teardowns, or sample assets
  • Monitor performance daily and adjust fast
  • Report outcomes directly to the founder with proof of work
  • Coordinate with internal designers for sample assets or micro-offers

Outcomes & KPIs

Your performance is measured on outcomes, not activity.

Month 1
  • Full outbound infrastructure built
  • 10–15 signal-based sequences live
  • 500–1,500 targeted contacts processed weekly
  • 4–6 qualified meetings per week (across services)
Month 2
  • Minimum 8–10 qualified meetings per week
  • Signal library expanded to 30–40
  • Automation workflows stable and error-free
  • Offers validated and refined
Month 3+
  • Consistent 12–20 qualified meetings per week
  • Outbound engine running without founder involvement
  • Processes documented and repeatable
  • Weekly experiments running

  • Create full automation workflows end-to-end
  • Write cold email that converts
  • Understand GTM, ICP definition, and offer testing
  • Audit companies, identify gaps, and turn those gaps into outreach reasons

Sales Navigator + CSV + basic email tools

Nice to Have
  • Experience with design, SaaS, or marketing agencies
  • Proven record of booking 10+ meetings per month
  • Advanced Make.com routing, conditions, and webhooks
  • Understanding of landing page psychology and offer positioning

Compensation

₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
