Civil & Structural Engineer – Solar Industry

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer to join our growing solar team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and supervising the installation of solar mounting structures for both rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects . Key Responsibilities: ✅ Design and analyze solar mounting structures using software like STAAD Pro and AutoCAD . ✅ Perform structural analysis for wind load, seismic load, and ground stability . ✅ Conduct site inspections and evaluate terrain and soil conditions. ✅ Monitor construction and ensure alignment, accuracy, and safety standards. ✅ Prepare detailed technical reports, BOQs, and material lists . ✅ Ensure compliance with Indian Standards (IS codes) and industry regulations. ✅ Work closely with design teams, project managers, and contractors . ✅ Troubleshoot design and construction issues during execution. Requirements: ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry . ✔ Strong knowledge of STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, PVSyst, and other structural analysis tools . ✔ Experience in designing solar mounting structures and foundation systems. ✔ Understanding of wind and seismic load calculations . ✔ Strong communication and project management skills.
