civil site engineer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer with a civil engineering background to oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects at the site level. The candidate should be capable of managing on-site execution, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery within the specified budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior projects.

Read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings to ensure proper execution.

Ensure all interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, etc.) are done as per design and quality standards.

Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth execution.

Monitor and control project progress, timelines, and quality standards.

Track material usage, delivery schedules, and site inventory.

Ensure proper installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes as per BOQ and drawings.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site logs.

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site discipline.

Report to the project manager or senior engineer regularly on project updates.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in interior execution, site management, or civil interior projects.

Strong understanding of construction and interior finishing materials.

Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.

Hands-on experience in managing multiple vendors and subcontractors.

Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.

Willingness to travel to multiple sites (if applicable).

Preferred Qualities:

Exposure to both residential and commercial interior projects.

Strong eye for detail and quality.

Leadership ability to handle labor and teams on site
