Site Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow. Monitor material usage, site progress, and labor productivity. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations. Conduct quality checks and resolve any technical issues on-site. Coordinate with the project manager, architects, consultants, and clients as needed. Assist in preparing work schedules and managing manpower. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities. Requirements: Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in [residential/commercial/interior/etc.] projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and site layouts. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
