Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Account Executive to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing accounting day to day activities Prepare and maintain financial documents, invoices, and ledgers Support month-end and year-end closing activities Help with bank reconciliations and journal entries Track expenses and process reimbursements Maintain digital and physical financial records Assist senior accountants with audits, budgeting, and forecasting Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field 0– 12 months of experience in accounting or finance preferred (internship experience can be considered) Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift License/Certification: Driving Licence (Required) Work Location: In person
