Civil Site Engineer

As a key member of our team at ib vogt GmbH, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil works on solar power project sites, ensuring the successful completion of projects from initiation to handover. Your role will involve coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and construction teams to deliver high-quality solar power plant solutions to our clients globally. Your primary responsibilities will include leading project management and execution, overseeing site development activities, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with safety standards, managing a team of engineers and laborers, budget and resource management, as well as stakeholder engagement and reporting. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, with at least 9-12 years of experience in civil construction, including 5 years in the solar industry. You should have a proven track record of managing civil execution for large-scale solar projects, hands-on experience with site preparation, foundation construction, and installation of solar mounting systems. Proficiency in civil engineering principles, design software, and regulatory compliance related to solar energy projects is essential.
