Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and drawings. Monitor and report project progress to management and ensure milestones are achieved. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure construction activities meet design and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on site. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and material usage. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Estimate quantities and prepare material requisitions. Assist in budget management and cost control.
