Counter Billing Executives cum Cashier

You will be responsible for interacting and communicating with customers, particularly foreign clients. This includes addressing their queries, providing assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in generating invoices using the ERP system. Another key aspect of your role will be processing and returning refunds to customers as required. You will also be responsible for generating reports related to the cash counter, which may involve compiling and analyzing financial data. This is a full-time position with the following benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the morning shift. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Connaught Place, Delhi, or be willing to relocate before starting work. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, although it is preferred but not mandatory. In terms of experience, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in accounting, 1 year in cash counter operations, and a total of 3 years of work experience are preferred.
